Referral Fees and Payments:

• Commissions will only be paid for properly formatted special links that are accurately tracked by our systems.
• Please note that we do not honor commissions from fraudulent or illegal sources.
• Payments will be initiated once your affiliate income reaches or exceeds the threshold of $20.

Identifying as a Moodswing Affiliate:

• We kindly request that you refrain from issuing press releases regarding this Agreement or your participation in the Affiliate Program.

• Please be aware that purchasing products through your own affiliate links for personal use is not permitted under this program.
• Payment Schedule:

Who’s the Customer?

Your Responsibilities:

Limitations of Liability:

We want to make it clear that we are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that may result from this Agreement.

Independent Investigation:

Arbitration:
